APA AZ members
almost swept the October 2006 Regionals in San Diego this
weekend! APA AZ player Jessie Gardella (SL3) won the Blue Tier
(SL2-3) Regional Championship and APA AZ's Alex Aroz (SL6) won the
Purple Tier (SL6-7) by defeating APA AZ player Steve DeLuna (SL7).
Deluna earned Regional Runner Up in the Purple Tier (SL6-7) while
APA AZ player Mike Rounds grabbed Regional Runner Up in the Yellow
Tier (SL4-5). Jessie and Alex will advance to the
APA $300,000 National Singles Championships in Las
Vegas Nevada April 2007. |
