The APA AZ held its 2006 Summer
Tri-Cup tournament on Saturday, September 23rd, with 32 8-Ball
teams competing. The final 8 teams
qualified for the APA AZ 2007 City Wide Championships with a
chance to advance to the $600,000 APA 2007 National Team
Championships held in Las Vegas. |

During the
National Team Championships, the APA also hosts MiniMania
events, including preregistered Open 8-Ball Doubles, Open 9-Ball
Doubles and Open 8-Ball 3-Person Championships, as well as a
variety of mini tournaments. |

MiniMania events pay out more than $200,000
annually. The APA National Team Championships are produced annually
at the Riviera Hotel & Casino. |
